Roasted Black Urad Flour is made from carefully selected whole black urad dal that is gently roasted and finely milled to enhance its rich aroma and nutty flavour. This traditional flour is commonly used in Indian cooking for making papads, dosa batters, vadas, laddoos, chutneys, and various savoury snacks. It is naturally rich in plant-based protein and dietary fibre.
