Orders and availability

Orders are subject to ingredient availability, preparation capacity and confirmation. Fresh chapati and bhakari require advance notice. Samarth Fresh Flour may contact the customer if an item or requested timing cannot be fulfilled.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The server validates product prices before creating an invoice. For eligible pickup orders, the website may create an authorised Xero online invoice automatically. Delivery orders and products marked as requiring confirmation must be confirmed before payment. Card payments made from the Xero invoice are processed through Stripe.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup details and delivery eligibility depend on the customer’s suburb and the agreed time. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

Food information

Customers must disclose relevant allergy or dietary concerns before ordering. Products may be prepared in an environment that handles wheat, gluten, legumes, soy, grains, seeds and other ingredients.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact Samarth Fresh Flour promptly regarding an incorrect order, payment issue, cancellation or refund request. Freshly prepared and perishable products may have different cancellation limits once preparation has begun, subject to applicable consumer law.
