Payments and invoicing

For eligible orders, the website securely transfers customer and order details to Xero to create a contact and sales invoice. Online card payments are then made from the Xero online invoice and processed through Stripe. This website does not directly receive or store complete card numbers. Xero and Stripe handle payment information under their respective privacy and security practices.

How information is used

Customer information is used to process payments, prepare orders, arrange pickup or delivery, provide receipts, communicate about availability and respond to support requests.

Sharing

Information may be shared with payment, hosting and delivery service providers only where needed to provide the requested service or comply with legal obligations.
